BMBF International Bureau “Preparation of integration of Russian scientists and companies in bilateral plasma projects”

The international network BalticNet-PlasmaTec would like to initiate two cooperation’s within the scope of this project. Together with the company Plasmas the established and proprietary seeds treatment with plasma should be modified in such a way that this also can be used with atmospheric plasmas. The present treatment occurs here in the vacuum. In preliminary test the production of a patent and a common patent application should be prepared. A certification of this not genetic method to improve the seed should be prepared beside the technology change. The plasma-physical processes should be examined in vacuum-cathode spots together with the Institute of Power Electronics from Tomsk. These investigations should allow an optimisation of vacuum switching station, as they are used in high voltage switching station. The results should be used for a publication as well as to the acquisition of new common projects.
